Kalani Consulting is proud to announce that it has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by a leading research firm. Kalani Consulting placed in the top 10 percentile or above in the following categories: leadership, compensation and benefits, work-life flexibility, and purpose and values. This year’s honorees included government contractors, real estate firms, consulting groups, and tech companies.
“For the past ten years, the Top Workplaces list has been a credible guide to companies, old and new, in the D.C. region where employees feel valued,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Bronwen Latimer. “As a new generation enters the workforce, the Post is more committed than ever to highlighting the changing landscape of work and how these companies are thriving in it.”
Kalani Consulting Founder and President, Duane Nathaniel stated, “Our ethos is ‘growing and uplifting one another,’ which is what drives us to create and sustain an employee centric experience.” He added, “This recognition is both validation and a call to action to continue our focus on supporting our employees and our customers’ mission.”
The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on June 15 to recognize the top-ranked companies.
