Po'e Hana
Duane Nathaniel, President
Mr. Duane Nathaniel founded Kalani Consulting, Inc. in 2009. His goal was to merge his IT experience, the mission focus of his military experience, and the values of his Hawaiian ancestry into a solid foundation for business success.
With more than 34 years of experience in the commercial and public sectors, he has held positions at KPMG, Grant Thornton, General Electric, Arthur D. Little, Oracle Corporation and Acuity, Inc. managing the delivery of Information Technology consulting services to Federal agencies. His experience and expertise is in management consulting, systems development, and integration services to Federal Government clients. Such clients include the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, and the Department of the Interior. Mr. Nathaniel has deep expertise in a number of areas including Program and Project Management; Business Process Engineering; and Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment.
Mr. Nathaniel is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and holds a Bachelors Degree from Gonzaga University in Political Science and History and a Masters Degree from Troy State University in Management Science. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army with over 27 years of experience in Active, National Guard, and Reserve assignments.
Richard Greenstreet, CEO
Mr. Richard Greenstreet is the CEO of Kalani Consulting, Inc. Having over thirty years of experience in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and company operations management, he joins Kalani Consulting, Inc. to foster its growth and culture.
Prior to coming to Kalani Consulting, Inc., Mr. Greenstreet gained experience in government consulting working for companies such as PWC, CSRA, Oracle Corporation and Chenega.
Mr. Greenstreet has delivered and managed large government programs providing comprehensive program oversight and business capture activities on large Federal Information Technology contracts. He is a recognized leader with an excellent record of customer satisfaction supporting major government programs with geographically distributed, diverse project teams. He places a strong emphasis on program development and client outreach, offering a personal commitment to ensure quality, technical excellence, mentorship, and the success of each and every employee and customer.
Brenda Quinlisk, VP of HR and Administration
Brenda Quinlisk serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Kalani Consulting, Inc. In her current role, Brenda is responsible for leading KCI’s overall human resources strategy to include talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee education and development, corporate communications, technology, and security.
She brings over 11 years of HR experience in the government contracts arena, along with 15 years of management and training experience in the public sector to KCI. Brenda holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. (Roll Tide!) She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband, three sons, two dogs, and a bunny. Brenda enjoys reading, baking, playing games with her boys, doing a good DIY project, and watching Alabama football. Nothing gives her more joy than spending time with family and friends. Brenda strives to bring the “Aloha Spirit” and “family (‘Ohana) first” culture to Kalani Consulting. She puts the “human” in human resources!
Meg Meek, VP of Finance and Accounting
Meg Meek is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Kalani Consulting Inc. Her primary focus is to drive KCI’s strategy towards success. She applies her 10+ years public accounting and government contracting experience to implement data analysis and growth strategies that deliver continually improving performance. She is a proactive leader with a drive to ensure Kalani’s efforts are adding value to customers, employees, and all teammates.
Prior to this position, Meg worked for multiple government contractors in a variety of financial positions, extensively with DoD and DoS. She has broad Unanet experience and has multiple system implementations under her belt. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and resides with her family in Enterprise, AL.
