CIO-SP3 Small Business

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) provides information technology solutions and services including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

CIO-SP3 Small Business is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract provides government agencies a mechanism for streamlined ordering of required IT solutions and services at equitable and reasonable prices, to give qualified small businesses a greater opportunity to participate in these requirements, and as a result, give government agencies a mechanism to help meet their socio-economic contracting goals.

About KCI-Acuity, LLC - CIO-SP3 SB Contract

At KCI-Acuity, we hold the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract. Our 8(a) joint venture, founded in 2015 by SBA-certified 8(a) corporation Kalani Consulting, Inc. (KCI) and Acuity, Inc. (Acuity), provides the Federal Government with IT support services that span all 10 CIO-SP3 SB Task Areas.

KCI, an SBA-certified 8(a), HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2009, is joined by Acuity, a successful 8(a) graduate established in 2002. Since November 14, 2012, Acuity has served as a mentor to KCI under the Department of State (DOS) Mentor-Protégé Program, resulting in multiple contracting opportunities within DOS via standard prime-subcontractor agreements. KCI has exhibited strong delivery proficiency and is prepared to execute on larger contracts with Acuity’s support and guidance. Together, our successful history of partnership provides a strong foundation for delivering business results through the CIO-SP3 SB contract vehicle.
